Modern hypnotherapy is not at all like that, any good psychologist will ensure they have your trust before they do this.  There is also a way that you can get this with very little gap payment. When you feel ready,  happy to give you more details.  When you are able to avoid your phobia,it is easy to put it off!! Unfortunately for my DD she got so bad that she would not go out or anywhere near dr or hospital " just in case " someone with missing limbs would be there. I totally understand how you feel.

That must be a relief Hally.

CP I don't know what sleeping through the night is any more. At my age I can't seem to make it past about 4 am without having to get up for a wee.

I am happy that my sister and her family have survived hurricane Sandy with only a damaged shed from a falling tree. They didn't even lose power. She only had manage with losing her cable TV for a day.

Its not just an age thing Den :-)) ;)

I'm glad your sister is okay. I only heard about hurricane Sandy last night. I'm very oblivious to the goings on in other countries :-\

That's what I mean DD, usually have to get up once or it's DH snoring like a freight train. Glad your sister and family are fine. Very scary!
