I'm happy because I just finished putting the final tile on my mosaic pot - now it just needs to dry for 24hrs before I grout it.  I think my mum might be getting it as a christmas present after all.

Awesome work Vieve! I bet it will look fantastic :D
That reminds me of the mosaic pot I made for my nana and grandpa's 60th wedding anniversary. It wasn't as neat as yours! ;D

Thanks CC, Kimmy and Amy, I am glad it is now almost finished.  It was my first ever mosaic project but maybe not my last.  Next time I will do something on a flat surface as some of the curves of the pot proved challenging.  Once it grouted I will post a photo of the finished product.

Amy, that is great that you made a pot for your nana and grandpa's 60th wedding anniversary.  Have you got a photo to share?

Jen, I am jealous of the fact that you have finished your christmas shopping.  I am struggling this year.

Does Mum know of this pot's existence Vieve or is it going to be a complete suprise?  So glad you have almost finished it. The grouting would be the easy part I would think.

I saw the photo you posted on another thread Vieve, and it certainly didn't look like a beginner's work! Well done again :D
I think I can probably find a photo of the pot I made :)
