Wow uni, thats looks great. Have done another layer, its on ice in the freezer.
Made this for the olds, so back up plan, can take a slice in for each teacher. The olds were happy with a slice each.

I always melt in the microwave,
at 50% power only
.
Start at 30 secs, stir then keep heating at 5-10 second intervals & stir until it's melted.

I only ever melt in the microwave, 30 secs to start, stir and then in 10 sec intervals stirring well in between.
