Lemon CC versus Miracle Spray

Hello everyone.

Been reading with interest this thread and the miracle spray one too ever since DH discovered there are dioxins in antibacterial products.

1) Which of these two is better?
2) do they do the same jobs?
3) if not which cleaner do you use for which jobs

I have both and I like the Miracle spray the best, it is the easiest.

I add the lemon goo to the dishwasher and washing machine (along with the powders), clean the bathroom basin and bath or kitchen sink with it.  The miracle spray I have so far only used to scrub the tiles in the entrance hall/passage but I'm sure it could be used anywhere.  I make the lemon goo when there is a glut of lemons hanging over my side fence, it's a good way to use them up - I wouldn't go out and buy lemons to make it.

I have made this today for the first time. I havent made the miracle spray. I was given lemons so I thought I would try it. I wount not biy lemons to make it.

Cleaned kitchen bench & sink wih it, fantastic result. It is in the washing machine atm, washing t-towels, so will see how that goes.

Love the lemon fragrance.

Well the answer seems to be miracle spray as lemons don't grow here! Unless of course they are on special when I might try a batch.

I made the lemon concentrate, and its great. I had heaps of lemons on my tree..

I use both. Love the lemon concentrate for the kitchen. I add a spoonful to the dishwasher, use it on my stainless steel appliances and on the benchtops. I use the miracle spray for the bathroom and laundry and walls throughout the house. They make a great team.

I have made and used both.  Prefer the miracle spray.  Easier to use.  Have all the ingredients on hand for both.

When you add the lemon goo to the dishwasher, where do you put it?  We have a little compartment for the detergent tablet thing, and I dont know where to put the lemon goo..............

I just pop a dollop on the floor of the dishwasher

I put it in the little box that clips shut,  as I think the machine rinses the dishes first.  Then it releases the goo into the machine to wash.

Are you all using just lemon CC in the DW or a tablet/powder as well?

Plus powder DJ.  I just use it for an extra boost for dirty dishes if I have plenty on hand and that depends on how my neighbours' tree is producing.
