Hi from Katherine
« on: June 29, 2012, 12:52:08 am »
Hi
Looking forward to finding out more from this forum.

I have had my Thermomix for 6 months now and became a consultant 2 months later!  I love using my Thermomix more and more and especially love how the men in my family love using it too!

I tweak most of my recipes to gluten free, sometimes lactose free and fructose free due to our diets.  The most interesting demo I did was gluten free, grain free and dairy free!

Far from it, I love that the teenagers and their friends use it, only one rule is to clean it.
My husband Paul hates it when I take it to do a demo if it is in the evening as he hates cooking the 'old way' now!

My son Conor who is 20 uses it at least once a week, loves making peanut butter, nutella and importantly his protein balls! Mostly face booking along the way.

It was pure gold to bake bread with my Son one evening as he posted each step of making bread on his Facebook page.

Paul has even started a bit of a blog on blokes using the Thermomix which i might add to my newsletters to customers.

So it is a big hit in our house. :)

Hello Katherine, welcome to the forum.  It sounds as if you could do with 2 machines in your household with all family members wanting to use it.

Welcome Katherine. Hopefully you'll get lots of orders with DS's facebook pieces and DH's blog.

Thank you for the hi's, I knew I had joined a club when I bought my TM, so it it is great to be in good company!

I love looking at the recipe suggestions on here.  I will try to add some tweaked recipes of my own.   :)
