I had porridge but I cooked it in the microwave because it was just for me and I didn't want to have to wash the TMX :-))
I added some chopped walnuts, a sliced banana and a little extra milk after it was cooked. Yum ;D

Robyn, does coffee really fill you up? I couldn't function without food ;)

I have 2 cups of coffee at home.

1 cup at work, then I drink water all day.

I bring lunch to work, most days, Then dinner at home.
I usually have a snack about 11am.  (biscuit)

If I exercised more, I would eat more..

I eat breakie on weekends.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Sorry Amy. Boys insisted I stay with them. Hope your cereal didn't go soggy on account of me.
I too had cereal, but mine was crunchy. DS5 had pyjama day at school and breakfast in the gym.
