Herbalife Shake - 2 large scoops rolled oats, 2 large scoops Formula 1 shake mix, 2 medium scoops Maca Powder, 1 banana, 1 pear, apple or handful of berries, 300g TMX Almond Milk. Every morning for the past two weeks. Not sick of it yet as I vary the fruit. Lost 4 kg, so not complaining!!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
