I made almond & apricot porridge this morning, thoroughly enjoyed it.  It was from the TC recipe book I borrowed from a friend and I wrote out quite a few recipes to try.

I had a brown juice!
Blue (blueberries)  + yellow (pineapple/banana) + green (kale/cucumber)  = yummy brown!

Steel cut oats with a little milk topped with nuts, seeds, sultanas, a drizzle of honey and sprinkling of cinnamon. I'm a convert. Love it :) :) :)
