We've had scrambled eggs these past two mornings, upping protein a bit ATM to aid our recovery.

I am trying to undo some of the damage wrought by the festive season. Home made bread topped with egg, greens and tomatoes from the backyard, homemade marmalade and green tea with ginger and lemon. Mmm not bad.

We had AF mushrooms with a poached egg on top and wilted spinach on top of that, with bacon AF also. Yum also.

Back to porridge and banana today.
Having had a reduced appetite for a while I am being much more on the ball about what eat now I am getting better. Using my fitness pal to track it, and hope to keep the previously relapsed bad habits at bay, I'd better not read the desert or cake thread for a while!
