I like savoury things for breakfast, although sometimes have a SD crumpet with berry jam.
This morning I made this fishy spread.
2 anchovies
Small can of tuna in spring water, drained, 100g
100 g butter
Mashed together in TMX.
Spread on hot toast.
I will freeze most as there are more than 12 serves here.
When I have breakfast out, I always have the same thing. Grilled tomatoes and bacon on SD toast. Never eggs as they are not as fresh as our home grown ones.

That sounds interesting Chookie. I am not sure if I would like it for breakfast but It sounds like a nice spread for lunches. I like smoked salmon with cottage cheese on toast for breakfast.
I have been making porridge most work mornings. I use someones reicpe from here (I cant remember who's it is) and have modified it a little. I chop a small apple then add the oats, about 5-10 grams of sugar some sultanas, nutmeg and cinnamon. I wish I could figure out a way add some protien to this then it would be perfect.

I was experimenting with a gluten free porridge this morning. I milled hulled millet and linseed into flour, added banana, coconut oil and agave syrup. Cooked in TMX for 10 minutes. I don't think I milled the millet and linseed long enough as it tastes good but a bit gritty. It made a tonne too so looks like I have breakfast for the week sorted.

We were on the same wave length Judy. I have loads of gluten free flours in my pantry that I'm trying to use up. We aren't gluten intolerant but my DD is and I bought them so I could bake for her. She doesn't eat baked goods very often so it was silly to stock up on them. I offered them to her but she said she wouldn't use them.

Your breakfast looks very colourful with the fruit Michelle.I tend to stick to oats to make my porridge.

I made this lovely healthy breakfast this morning. I only used a small bowl and there wasn't any way I could add
all
the Topping ingredienets, in fact I only used about ½ tsp of the chia seeds and not 1 tbs. Regardless I really enjoyed every mouthful and will make it again for sure (using a wider bowl)
I blended in the TM for 30 secs/speed 9 and used fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in the topping.
