I had it again this morning and I really like it. My DH calls it floor sweepings! I will be interested to see how I go through the morning and if I get peckish. I usually don’t in the morning.

Julie I think I am too. I’ve never had any dramas with my insides, but this tastes good and seems to do wonders for for your inner workings. Maybe because it’s lots of fibre, but is all blitzed up. I don’t really mind.

I'd like to try that porridge, but I can't stand psyllium! When I did a keto diet for 6 months, I used to make buns that were mostly psyllium and I got to the stage that I was gagging in the end.
I'd probably have to add some oats instead.

Or maybe more chia? The physillium helps to thicken it.

I'm still going strong with this. I have a day off now and then but otherwise this is what I have. I love it with slithers of yellow nectarine, quartered strawberries and a few blueberries. If I have any made, I will add about 2 tsp dollop of coconut yoghurt to the top and sprinkle with hemp seeds. I feel so much better for it. I have it around 7 - 7.30am and it keeps me content till early afternoon where I will then have my main meal

Sounds nice Chookie.
I had something different today which happens to be a favourite. It's a Michelle B recipe, simply 2 wholemeal crumpets, spread with a little tahini, some thin apple slices on top then drizzled with 1/4 tsp pure maple syrup. Supposed to sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves which I've done in the past and they do give a nice flavour kick to it, but I don't usually bother when I make this. Really enjoyed it this morning.

That sounds very nice Julie. I might try it with my SD crumpets.

This is really nice and easy. The recipe as listed made 4 good serves. I really liked it with a dollop of rhubarb & raspberry compote and a sprinkle of a seed mix I keep in the fridge.

That looks lovely, JulieO, another breakfast for me to try.
Chookie, I LOVE avo and poached eggs on toast - especially as it is so easy to poach eggs to perfection in the TMX!
