I'm still full from last nights dinner.
Before lady gaga concert had dinner at modo mio.
Only had entree and salad plus bread.
So this morning is a cup of tea and a banana.

Porridge as usual... I used a different combination of grains/nuts/seeds this time though: millet, buckwheat, barley, red quinoa, almonds and linseeds

Oh poor miss 5
Hopefully a hot milo will help her feel a bit better?
I used to love when my mum made me hot milos. She could always get them nice and frothy for me

Hi Astarra, I had a smile when you said your girls were having hot Milo's , my grandkids have voted me the BEST Milo maker in the world. LOL. Now I have a frothing jug, they think they are in heaven with chocolate sprinkled on the top of thick froth....

Wouldn't there have to be rice as well?
I think everyone probably can guess what I'm having for breakfast
