Sasuage rolls and mini pies here...?! ;D

Banana smoothie for me this morning. Woke up and realised that being lazy meant I had no bread to put my poached eggs and bacon on. Oops. Bread is now about to go in the oven haha

LOL Jadey :D

1/2 of a Sanitarium One Square Meal.  Then a few jelly snakes while riding my bike followed by a yummy cake and a coffee post ride.

This morning I experimented (again) with porridge, I like a really thick porridge that I then add milk to at the end...I really hated the EDC recipe as it was like soup and no matter how long I let it rest it didn't thicken up....so this morning I tried 1 cup rolled oats, 600mL water, 2tbsp LSA mix, 1 chopped apple, 2tbsp sultanas, mixed seeds and some brown sugar (8mins, 100oC, reverse, speed 2) . I've nearly got it to my liking but will use 300mL milk & 300mL water next time....
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

Very nice sourdough fruit and nut bread toasted from an artisan bakery in Perth for first breakfast pre run. Then poached egg and sourdough rye toast from the same bakery and a coffee post run.
