i

Do you mind me asking what protein shakes you drink Den?
I just use Musashi vanilla protein powder that i can get from the local supermarket. I have tried another brand from Coles, I think it was Naturesway, but it was not very nice.

The musashi tastes good but is sweetened with sucralose which is a modified from of sucrose. It doesn't have many digestible calories for the sweetness.

Many dieticians say not to waste your money on protein powders just eat a good source of lean protein usch as steamed/grilled chicken or turkey breast.
