Just nutalex or margarine and I wait for it to melt and make the muffin soggy ;)
DS4 loves peanut butter.

Wonder you have inspired me to try green smoothies....here was my first go...silverbeet, blueberries, banana & pineapple. Today I'm going to see how long it keeps me full for and will modify for tomorrow :)

We had our 8 year old nephew here for a sleep over last night so I made sourdough pancakes for breakfast.

Why are these pancakes so yellow he wanted to know.  Probably because of the eggs was my reply.  Oh Mum makes pancakes out of a packet, she doesn't use eggs.  Why does this maple syrup smell and taste so strong was his next question.  Because it's real maple syrup and not the fake stuff my DH replied.

He liked the pancakes, but prefers the packet ones with the fake maple syrup.  LOL  :-))
Oh well, at least he ate them.  Lucky we didn't tell him about the sourdough!

Dear me Katie, some kids just have no tastebuds! :-)) ;D

I ran out of cereal but it was too hot to have a hot breakfast, so I cooked some porridge and then put it in the fridge for 20 minutes. Yum ;D
