I had a crumpet with butter and vegemite this morning. I bought a packet a few weeks ago and put them in the freezer now eating one every few days to use them up.

I like crumpets with vegemite with a poached or fried egg in top - in fact that's what I had for dinner last night.

I am not a fan of crumpets ES, but will try your way the next time the children convince me to buy them.

Cereal today.
