Has anyone made the Toblerone cheesecake featured in Thermomix newsletter dated April 2011? Was thinking of making this today as we are having a big family brunch at our place tomorrow and want to let everyone see what TMX can do.
updateThis cheesecake was delicious. Will definitely make it again but would not grate the chocolate topping so finely. I think a bit coarser would give a bit more texture but flavour was great and filling was perfectly set without gelatine. Yummy

members' commentsNik2bstar - This was made for Christmas and was a huge hit. The grated choc on top I mixed with whipped cream first then spread on top. Have definitely put this one in the make again book.
Becljones - I decided to tackle this Toblerone cheesecake for my first ever cheesecake and can I just say waaaayyyy too easy and super tasty! Not ridiculously rich just right. I used choc chip cookies for the base and grated dark chocolate for the top (only 100grms). Thank you for posting!
