I love my Thermomix since September last year, have not bought butter since MADE all my own! that is my favourite.
Enjoy experimenting and trying new things... this month I have been trying our recipes from the Devil Cookbook... soon to be my favourite... the Chocolate sorbet so easy and crown pleasing, and the Fragrant Curry sauce I have made several times... Quince paste,... yum, I could go on and on.... anyway  will love to hear from other raving fans like me. cheers  :) :) :)

Hello maryanne, welcome to the forum.  There are some lovely books out there for the Thermomix right now which take you to the next level with your cooking.  My favourite would have to be For Foods Sake by Tenina Holder and of course we have many wonderful recipes on our forum as well which are tried and true.

Hello, Maryanne.  You'll find a lot of raving Thermomix fans around here.  Enjoy!

The Recipe Review section of the forum is a rich resource, and if you've cooked anything at all in your Thermomix, you can quickly add a note about your particular experience right on the recipe link.  If the recipe you want to review hasn't been started already, just click NEW TOPIC and our lovely moderator JD will edit the index to link to your review.

Welcome to the forum.

Maryanne, no one has reviewed the Chocolate Sorbet yet - why don't you write about it in a bit more detail on this thread?

Looking forward to reading reviews of all your fav recipes... all in good time, of course.

Warm greetings once again and thanks from another certified raver.
