This one was a winner in our family this winter.  Made by my DB-i-L and it was only the second meal he'd made in the Thermomix himself.

Having read through four or five recipe books searching for an inspiring recipe to show off the venison he'd been given, he settled on Nicola Galea's "Venison with Pepperberry Sauce" in Devil of a Cookbook.

This recipe was responsible from taking a sceptical spouse to a raving fan.  A week later people were still hearing about how easily this was prepared and how delicious a stew it created.

Will be tried again with another meat, but if you have venison, and can find pepperberries, do try as is.  Mmmm.
