It's taken a while, but Saturday is the day!

Hi everyone
I've been watching closely for around a year now, but this Saturday I take delivery of my TM. 
I'm looking forward to playing and learning!
I'm in South Gippsland, Victoria.

Great demo today, and have since made the veg concentrate and a batch of biscuits (my own recipe).  Feel like cooking all night!  Thanks for the welcome!

It's hard to put the thermomix down once you get started. Good that you're having fun.
