Made both of these to have with drinks and all my friends love them.For the adults only though Bloody Mary TomatoesServes 6250g baby plum tomatoes( I just used baby tomatoes )200ml vodka1 tbsp. (15ml) sherry1 tbsp. Worcester SauceA few drops of Tabasco1/2tsp celery saltTo serve1 teaspoon of celery salt1/4 tsp of cayenne2 tbsp of rock salt all mixed together and place in a little bowl.Score a little cross on the base of each tomato,place them in a plastic container,cross side up.Whisk the rest of ingredients together and pour over the tomatoes.Pop a lid on the box and leave them in the fridge for two days.To serve,drain the tomatoes and bring back to room temperature.Arrange on a plateInvite your quests to dip a tomato into the salt.Save the marinade to make another batch.Quails eggs served with cracked pepper and salt.Not sure if you want this H As I don't know if you can get quails eggs? It's very simple just cook 24 quails eggs until hard boiled,then shell and serve with a dip made of 1 tbsp crushed mixed peppercorns and a 1 tbsp of rock salt.xx CC

Had a thought, make little lemon meringue pies. Would lemon butter go in a pastry case in the oven with piped meringue on top. If this would work I coud make these on friday & serve sunday cold. Any ideas?Also thought if mini shepherds pies would work, they are easy to reheat.
