Cod is called Blue Eye Trevalla in Australia. Or, simply Blue Eye. It's a firm fish. Ask for a firm fish when you buy it Amy.
Amy I have posted a couple of fish recipes, using salmon. Both are cooked in the Varoma, in a dish, in a sauce. You could shape a sheet of foil to fit if you don't have a dish. Judy't dish sounds similar, just different fish, different sauce.
If you are making a recipe book make sure it is in big font!
