I am still trying to finish Infamy but keep getting distracted. My  Amazon account had a recent boost so downloaded three Baldacci books I have not read.

Just finished The Tea Rose by Jennifer Donnelly and vey much enjoyed it, unfortunaely the other two books in the trilogy, The Wild Rose and The Winter Rose, aren't available in Kindle so it is very frustrating.

Am currently reading "Defending Jacob" which is about a lawyer whose son is accused of murdering another class mate. Blow me down if I cannot remember the name of the book that I read before that  ???

Gert is there a special code or anything for The Cuckoo's calling? I've just had a look on Amazon and it's over $15.

I finally got Burial Rites from the library and didn't have time to read it  :'(  When May rolls around I will be catching up on all the books I've missed.

I often find that with amazon specials - really ticks me off.

I've just finished reading "The Woman Upstairs" - a book about an angry lonely woman. Very good reading.

It really is a bummer. I hate that. Ever time I see that I think of Kevin Rudd doing a trade off and trashing the legislation which would have allowed us to have cheaper books. The Woman Upstairs is$15 so I put it on my wish list hopefully it may come down a bit in the future.
