I'm reading a romance by Mandy Magro. The story is ok but she has all the characters being very rough and ready. Just because the live in FNQ. I think she needs to visit up there to see that people don't speak like that generally. Maybe some men do when they are working, but not everyone.

I started the Trauma Cleaner a week or so ago. It's not really interesting me much.
I'm also trying to read my bookclub book which is about being a bookshop owner. It is written in a diary form. It's not very interesting wither. I finished Tami Hoag's latest the other day and loved it.

DD reviewed this Marina, so I will be reading it, especially as you both recommended it.

I gave up on The Trauma Cleaner. I'm reading Beautiful Death by Fiona McIntosh, it is a crime book and I'm really enjoying it.

I will tell her that Marina. She will be thrilled. She receives so many books to review! They are taking over the house. It does mean I only buy my crime ones though.

Just started reading The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society again.  It is such a lovely book ... I first read it many years ago and loved it then and it is just as good second time around.

I loved that too Marina. I have just read a book by Don Winslow. He was recommended to me by a friend. It took me quite a while to get into but then I couldn't put it down. It needed to be read thoroughly though as it had so many twists and turns. I'm reading a 'penny dreadful' at the moment.
