Courton, I did manage to get a photo on it this afternoon.  What I did and I don't know if it is the correct way to do it but go into   My Cookbook , up in the top right hand corner it says new meal with a plus sign.  touch that and a screen comes up where you fill in what you are wanting to photo.  If it is a recipe I typed the name, etc.  Over on the right hand side there is a camera.  press that and take your photo. It should show up in your cookbook.  Hope this all makes sense.

I am reading "The Secret Race" about doping in the sport of cycling.  It is coinciding well with the start of Le Tour de France.

So far it has been very  insightful. Tyler Hamilton explains what led him to start doping and while I think it is wrong I can understand if you were in that place at that time how someone chasing their dream career might see it as the only way to continue.

DD It's always challenging to read a book that shakes and rattles a firm opinion you have held and give the other side of the story.

I've just finished "Extremes" by Dr Kevin Fong. I won the book and decided I should read it. It has some extreme thoughts in it and promotes thought. Some bits I found very boring so skipped those, but all in all I enjoyed it.

Den I might get that book for my DH, he's just getting into bike riding in a big way and normally enjoys that type of a read.

Just finished Americanah. I probably would give it 3/5. Sometimes babbled on too much about racism.
will start Sisterhood tonight. Have no idea what that's about as t was ages so since I downloaded it.

I really enjoyed Sisterhood...not as good as American Wife but still thought provoking and a good read.

Have you read Kate Atkinson's Life after Life ...even more thought provoking than Sisterhood! A lot of what ifs...

I'm just about to finish Michelle de Krester's Miles Franklin prize winner Questions of Travel - and I'll be pleased when I've finished it.  Clearly I'm not up to it as I'm not really enjoying it at all. I'm not engaged by any of the characters, although the writing is very good. I'm looking forward to trying something else.

Wonder he might also enjoy the Cadel Evans book Close to Flying or if he wants some cycling fiction he could try the Lance Armstrong books. LOL  ;D  ;D
