Interesting, quick and 'wow' recipes for second demo
« on: July 14, 2012, 03:50:49 am »
Hi everyone,
I'm having my second demo in early August and was wondering if anyone had any great, quick, interesting recipes my consultant could use. I think we'll do the butter from cream bc that's always a hit and probably a dip. Any ideas, themes etc? Anyone seen anything interesting and a little out of the norm? Thanks!

A demo is a standard demo I think, always the same.  i don't think the consultant can change it.

dip
sorbet
custard
bread rolls
soup
risotto or pasta fagiliti

or the varoma demo is the standard 6 varoma recipes.

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Unless you have a consultant who is not afraid to stray from the format  ;)

Obbie, the soup is in the Varoma demo in Australia.  The sixth dish in basic demo is chopped salad.

Maybe Montoya is from a different country?

Boy I certainly missed out in my Varoma demo then. She only made the lemon cake things.

That sounds great Nazar. Were all recipes done in the varoma?

This is just a suggestion - can you think of the types of food your guests are interested in?  If there are definite ideas there maybe discuss them with your consultant to see what you can do.  Are they the same guests who were at your first demo?

My guests will all be Spanish speaking Latin American and will be different from my first guests. I wonder what they do in Spain?
