Uni how sad. I really feel for you. HO should be awake now so I hope you have rung. I make a lot of bread in my machine too.

Technically, you should go through your consultant, if you still have one.
When you ring HO, make sure that you tell them the code on the bottom of your machine. They want to be able to keep track of faults.
Good luck Uni!

Uni the machine wont have to go to Perth there is someone in Sydney that will fix it or they did with mine anyway, I think he is on the coast or somewhere. Hope you have a box to send it in, I think they came and picked it up

Uni, so sorry to hear that but great that it is still under warranty - you will be lost without it but if it's just the blades which need replacing, you shouldn't have to wait too long. Your machine has done a lot of work, probably more than anyone's and if they take it away, they will even be able to tell you how many hours it has done as it has a 'black box'. This is another reason why a second bowl is useful - just swap them over to check if the other bowl works and then you have a spare whilst the offending equipment is fixed or replaced. I hope you get a quick reply to your problem from H.O.
