Hiya
Im making bread right now (foccacia) I'm up to the resting stage, I've put in in a thermoserver by the window that gets lots of sun, should i put the lid on it? There is plenty of room to rise with the lid on, I'm just not sure.
Thanks!

Cera I would put the lid on so it doesn't dry out. Or do what I do, and use a shower cap so you can see it rising.

I would put the lid on it, or wrap it in the bread mat..

A damp tea towel is often good too.
