I have planted seed potatoes in a vegie sack and am waiting for the shoots to show through.

That's next on my list. I have a small sack, some potatoes, and compost in the compost bin. Maybe I'll get time this weekend.
I did plant out some garlic bulbs that were starting to shoot a few weeks ago, and they seem to have taken off. Ive never had success with garlic before.

Would love to try this . . .

ES =- do you think it's too late to plant garlic??  Have some sprouted cloves - wouldn't hurt to try I guess!! :D

I'd give it a try - you dont have anything to lose. I'm sure it's only been a few weeks since I planted mine, and most of them seem to have come up.

Mine look nothing like that ES. I have 2 little things that could be weeds after nearly 4 weeks.
