Beef bones good ds.

I love asian chicken broth. That woud be a yummy meal for you, just the flavours of the ginger & lemongrass etc.

hmmm good suggestions about the drinking porridge i will have give that a go this week up grading from soup and smoothies this week =)


well in 3 weeks (including my 2 weeks prep) i have lost 11.2kg ..... so happy with this

i made some yummy beef and vegie soup with my bones..... then a few nights later made creamy pumpkin soup ... then i joined both of them together and had pumpkin beef soup ... which was so yummy surprisingly .....

i am now about to try something with prawns

Sounds like you're getting right into the soups! I think there is a Thai Pumpkin and Prawn soup on here somewhere ;)

The weight loss is great, well done! Hopefully this operation will be a really positive, life-changing event for you :)

I can highly recommend the drinking porridge, but it does need sweetening ;) ;)

yeah for a 17 year old, i had a real giggle ..... i can imagine him panicking that he was too busy checking chicks out in his lunch break and forgot to buy his mumma flowers ..... or he saved $$$ by giving me soup bones..... but either way i love him for putting thought into a gift ..... one of my pet hates is giving thoughtless gifts ..... my theory is if you dont know the person well enough to know what they would find a great gift whether it be practical or sentimental .... dont give one. so i guess he is a chip off the ole block ...kekeke
