my scales have broken  :-)) so i have decided not to buy any until i have my dietitian appointment on the 14th of this month ... i might have a nice surprise for myself ...wanting to reach -20 by xmas.

also i had a giggle to myself on thursday night .... i have bought a casual dress that is made out of t-shirt material so as i shrink it will come with me a little bit .... my clothes are just getting way to lose and i feel stupid wearing pants where the crutch sits so low ....so i thought i will grab just a couple of dresses to solve this problem.

Well back to thursday night .... i picked up my son from work, then took my daughter to tutoring ... he stayed in the car while i went in signed her in and walked back to the car .... when i got in he says ... mum you nearly look like a skinny person in that dress..... naaaawwwww thanks mate  :-*
