Good golly miss Molly
That's a fantastic pre/post set of photos.
You have a really shapely figure that looks fantastic. Brilliant.
You look really good. Keep at it!

I'm having a real challenge and would love the remote control for that switch off button you found ;-)

Self discipline (at least for this!) is a real challenge sometimes!

Onwards and upwards for the weightloss figures please!
;-)
Well done!

:-* :-* :-* :-*... thanks guys, your comments make me feel all humbled ..... i am not even 1/2 way to my goal weight loss yet ... i just can't even imagine what my next set of pics will look like. And even the fact that i have stuck pics up ... is a milestone within itself

this has really been the easiest method i have ever done in my life ...... being banded certainly pulls you into line when you forget to stick to the guidelines and rules, which is why i opted for this. i wanted the physical discipline that goes with it ... it is not a cure to obesity but it certainly is the best tool i have found and i have been on every diet out there. Nothing is long term and i dont have the guilt associated with eating all types of food. i can eat anything i want, it is about portion control and where the band sits is right on the nerve endings that send the signal to the brain to say that you feel full. so you have a couple of bites ... and seriously you feel like you have eaten xmas lunch every meal. It is amazingly surreal that i can eat about a coffee cup of food, and sometimes not even finish that amount and i am full 100% satisfied full. it has nothing to do with "the band wont allow you eat more" (which in part is true..) but it is the mind game that has me winning.. i really have no desire to eat because i feel full all the time and for hours after i eaten ... Also given the new found energy and some of the quirkiest things i am discovering .....like my shoes are now all to big ... and i complain now about needing new clothes ---but not because they are too tight, the shower rose feels different even, when the water is running over my back. My smiles are genuine, my hubby says i am glowing and it is wafting through the energy in the house. He is loving the effect of a happy wife a happy life!!!!

the only regret i have is waiting as long as i did to have this procedure done and so much time and energy in my life, wasted because i was not feeling good about how i looked and the hours spent dreading shopping for clothes because nothing would fit me.. i think though i can say that old me is gone for good ... and this time really know that is the last time i will ever weigh a certain amount and honestly feel it in my heart.

as long as you keep eating my pancakes .....i will stand here and keep flippin them out filled with nothing but love in my heart 'cause you chose my table to sit at =)P

You are doing well Pap, love your new waist ;D  I wouldn't buy too many new clothes, before long they won't fit you anyway.  Maybe op shopping might be the way to go until you reach your goal weight.  Keep it up, the band is obviously working for you which is not always the case as I have a friend who tried it - don't know what went wrong there  :-))
