« on: July 31, 2012, 09:06:21 am »
Help I've just made a risotto and completely vagued out and put the too little liquid in, I didn't realise until the end so its really dry.  Is there any way to rescue it?

You need to add more liquid. In this case I would add hot stock to it, but first would transfer to a pan on the stove & stir until you were happy with it.

Others might be able to save in TM, but I would monitor it.

Oh no :(, I don't make risotto so I can't help you there. But knowing rice it may not be able to be saved.

I'd add a bit of hot stock to it as Hallex advised cera and if it is still not edible, then tomorrow you can make Arancini Balls out of it.
