I need some ideas and inspiration for a very quick and easy dinner. Not a single cookbook I own has a meal that I wish to cook, can anyone just TELL ME what to make for dinner??!!!!!! ;D puh-lease

Honey mustard chicken, pizza, gourmet beef casserole, Moroccan sausages, chicken kievs with non-fried rice, curried sausages or just Toasted sandwiches :D

I think dede has the right idea with toasted sandwiches.
If you really want to use the thermomix then soup with whatever ingredients you have on hand. Would go nicely with the toasted cheese sandwiches.

Sounds warming. Then a nice chocolate custard to follow.

I know how you feel about not wanting to cook certain things. It has to be just what you feel like cooking.

What did you end up cooking PGTM? I sometimes find when I am in that situation I end up making something really yummy and unexpected.

Yes CP's list is a great help when you're stuck for ideas for dinner.

I think I might need to refer to it today as I have no idea what I'm cooking tonight.
