Been saving this one for this thread.
Did you know that it takes more calories to eat celery than it has to begin with?

I had heard that rumour Kimmy... but I like my celery with peanut butter, so it doesn't work for me!

It's actually yummy, Kimmy. I haven't had it for years, but mum used to make it for birthday parties

Well I will just take your word for it ES. Don't like celery unless it is chopped finely and cooked well. Hate it in Chinese takeaway too.

Kimmy!
I can't believe you've never had celery and peanut butter! Its a classic
I don't eat celery any other way. Either peanut butter or not at all

I have honestly never heard of peanut butter and celery either Amy. Not a big celery fan and don't like peanut butter either so I am not missing much. I use celery in casseroles and soups but its cooked down and not visible. Is it an Aussie thing? Maybe as I grew up in UK that's why I don't know about it

Love celery with peanut butter. It's nice with cottage cheese too.

I love celery sticks with pâté. When we were little, my sister and I used to make celery pâté sticks and 'sell' them to our parents for 10 cents per serve
