A couple if questions, advice please

Cream,  i have frozen cream. Can I defrost the cream use it in a dish  & freeze the dish or will the cream go funny?

I have defrosted 1kg meat, trying to strect food, does anyone have a good recipe for mince filled pasta, mught make some type of raviloli.

Hally, I would use the cream, just defrost in the fridge.   If its a creamy sauce, just stir well when you reheat it. it will be ok.

For pasta fillings, I would ask Uni.

I'm sure she would have better knowledge than us. :)

Yes, once it is cooked Hally it can be refrozen.

H with the some  1 kg of mince you could stuff some  cannelloni and some stuffed pasta shells.

for the cannelloni u can use crepes

same with the mince once u cook it u can refreeze it
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Mince caneloni, never thought if that, always done spinach & ricotta. What mince recipe do yiu use.?
