I saw a lovely 7 layer cake yesterday, a rainbow cake in the true sense of the word. I told DD I wanted it for my birthday :).

Thanks everyone. The boys were all impressed with the cake.
The cake was an egg free marble cake, iced with buttercream, surrounded with kit kats, with a blue jelly pool & decorated with lollies.

Love the look of that rainbow cake Cookie, can't wait to see your DD's version ;) ;D

Kimmy, I think I saw that V8 cake on masterchef a couple of series ago. It looked very hard to make :o
