A new Thermomix owner

Hi
I've had Alice for a week now. Alice being my Thermomix, named after Alice from the Brady Bunch.
She has been very busy providing fabulous meals on a daily basis. We've had chicken curries, chilli beef, bolognese sauce, risottos, banana bread, potato rosti, mushroom sauce, fruit smoothies, fruity dreams and custards.
I have not yet tried the Varoma but hope that I will get that chance in my second week with Alice. Having Alice has re-ignited my passion for cooking and allows me to focus on the nutritional needs of my family.
Looking forward to lots of recipe exchanges!
A.

Hi Amberyn, welcome to the forum. Gee you've done heaps of things in your first week. Give the varoma a go, even if it is just to steam some veggies. Check out the all-in-one meals section on the home page for some ideas.
