I've been umming and ahhing about the flu shot dh does and dd gets it through work but me and the three kids never have will talk to our doctor and see
hope anyone not feeling well are soon xxx

Can't believe I am making this already, it's only March ???
Both DD20 and DS18 have a nasty flu bug and this is a favourite home remedy in our house.

I haven't been sick for years but hopefully a mug of this later will help me sleep better tonight - the dash of whisky I intend adding should do the trick.

This time I noticed my TM jug seemed very shiny after making this, an added bonus.
