They may help keep burglars away.

Amy if we were scared we would fit lots of people on a table.  :D in Carnamah DH was tracking a snake to see where it was going before he smashed it. ( it was in the yard). He told me to watch it! How silly can you get? I pulled the kitchen table over to the glass sliding door and stood on that!

I think it will be too cool for snakes Judy. ( she says hopefully). Our beds are up high so I should be right. Many years ago  when we lived in Broome we went camping over my birthday long weekend. I saw a death adder and wouldn't come off the bonnet of the car until DH had chopped it into tiny bits and put it into our campfire. Even then I was very watchful. Just a bit of a scaredy cat with snakes.  :D

We taught in Broome in 1976/77. Were you from Broome Alexis? We love the Kimberley. When we first went up we were told that it would get into our blood, and they were so right. Broome has certainly changed now.
