Thermie groupie from Brisbane

Hello thermomix-masters!
I'm a young(ish) mum from Brisbane who works full time and my gorgeous machine has made the most amazing difference to my cooking after a long day at work. I'm a hippy at heart and very budget conscious so I've long been growing my own herbs and veg and making a lot from scratch - pizza bases, sauces, bread, dips, yoghurt and more. But the difference in the amount of time and effort involved now is simply astounding. I'm now in a position to get dinner on the table for the whole family rather than reheating leftovers for our son and cooking a whole other meal for us when he's in bed. Hubby and I feel better and more energetic for not eating so close to bed time (and not pigging out because we were so hungry waiting til then) and sitting down to a meal as a family is worth the ticket price on the machine in and of itself.
The only thing I'm struggling with is a name. I'd dearly love to pet name my mean machine but nothing has 'stuck' yet.

Welcome to the forum. It is very pleasing to read of the way your machine has changed things for you. It is a wonderful piece of machinery.

Hello and welcome to the forum TM-Minx. Nice to see the Thermomix is living up to your expectations - we are all time poor these days and any time saved is the icing on the cake for us.
