This is our new 'home' for the next 4 days.  We have been given an upgrade.  Wow,  what a holiday.

We have just enjoyed afternoon tea from the Goodies bag.  I would like to thank the members who went to so much trouble.  BLUSH! BLUSH,  I can't remember who gave me these delicious goodies.  Is it possible to list names and goodies of those who are willing ?  I could start a new thread,  will try!!!  Judy and Cookie might sort me out if I mess up.

What a pity they did not give you a room with a view!!

You will laugh at this one, girl  from Myer rang and asked if I could model for the TS range of clothes on Sat and would I mind wearing a swim suit?

She must have seen that bedroom pic of you in the bed  :D Go for it, wish I could be there to clap and cheer!

PS. I did a little detour on the way home today and what do you know I ended up at the Apple store... I may be a little quiet tonight  ;)

Gretch can you post me some basic instructions on how to upload photo's direct? Chookie was giving me lessons last night but I think I need to write them down

Judy I was so pleased to hear your goodie bag made it to you. How wonderful it would be to go through it. From the pictures it looks like everyone was very generous & imaginative with their gifts.

ES you are a gem taking it to JD,  what a lovely thing to do.

In regard to the goodie bag, I didn't want to mention the special envelope I found in there until I got to the bottom of who, what, how come. ;)  To all those who contributed to this little surprise I want to say a heartfelt thank you but also tell you off at the same time ;D  Thank you all so much, I know it is difficult to stop people with big hearts doing what they want to do and forum members are known for their generosity and compassion.   You are too kind and I am blessed to know you all.

Those who were not at the retreat but have posted messages of love and support - I thank you too.

Dear Judy
I do hope you had as much pleasure and fun delving in to your goodie bag as we did. I'm so glad you loved the special envelope too. I was in panic mode at one stage as I thought I had lost it. So glad I didn't. Special envelopes are so hard to decorate or not decorate as the case may be. :-* :-* :-* :-*

Yes I do agree. Much happier, nicer and caring than some families.

Well finally got on the forum, as I am doing a bit of travelling after the fantastic weekend we had I am a bit late catching up, thanks to everyone on the weekend, I think everyone was great and so so friendly and it was such fun especially the bus tour and the cocktails before lunch. We did well with the weather because a few showers have come through since then, love to all   Gill :) :) :) :)

Thanks for all the pics and comments. It was great to see it all and particulary the video where we can put faces to names.

Thank you all so much for coming and making it the special weekend it was. My treasured gifts to remind me that this forum needs converted recipes all the time, it's best to serve a salad with a classy pair of salad servers, and there is no way that you'll get rid of me now I can carry the iPad everywhere and take photos to upload here. Thank you sooooo much, it was unexpected but very much appreciated, and I'll be thinking fondly of you all when I use them xxx

I'll be interested in what you think of Under The Walnut Tree CP?
I had a quick flick through and it looked to have some lovely recipes.
