Today i had bacon, risotto with peas and corn, leftovers from Sunday

I just had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich not very interesting but my DS 15 makes my lunch to bring to work so am happy

Actually you gave me an idea. My 19yr stepdaughter works at a local real estate and I bumped into her today when she was on her lunch break. She paid a fortune for a salad sandwich. Think I will drop some lunch off to her as a suprise on Thursday.

I normally have left overs. Today was pulled pork in a roll with coleslaw.

Thats good Michele it costs too much to buy lunch everyday, eats a big hole into your wages

We had mac and cheese today, except for dairy free miss3 who had ham sandwhiches.

I am boring. I have the same lunch every day. In fact I really like it. I have a big bowl of salad with all sorts of things in it. Then I have some protein with it, either cheese, tuna, cold meat or even a boiled egg. I also have 2 slices of bread. One I eat with the salad, the other I have with a coffee with jam on it.
It takes a few minutes to make but I really love my salad, summer and winter.

Chicken, mushroom and pasta bake. Took some into my stepdaughters work for her.
She txted to say it was really yummy.

Cold ham on hot toast with salt and pepper. (Sounds weird but actually very nice! ...Well I like it anyway.)

Toast with corned beef, beetroot jam, lettuce and tomato - my favourite.
