Tuna, pineapple casserole from MJ's blog.  I have half the dish left so have added a teaspoon of sambal oelek and will serve it wrapped in sourdough pancakes tomorrow.

I do sometimes MF and I usually cook the whole quantity which means we have it for a couple of days but there are too many recipes to try out and I have to get a move on if I want to cook them all  ;)

Lunch today is not my usual tuna and salad. It is chicken, leftover meatloaf, ham off the bone, baby quiches, potato salad, rice salad, 2 second salad, tossed salad, Tenina's buttermilk rolls, Swedish cheesecake icecream cake, coulis and berries, followed by Robyn'sq fudge and Tenina's fruit and nut slice.
I think that is all. Obviously we are having visitors and Termite has been very busy.  Only 8 dishes made by Termite and his robot helper.

Today I had leftover red curry chicken & rice from last night's dinner. Kids had macaroni & cheese (made in TMX of course).
