It ended up being peanut butter on toast ;D But I cooked eggs and beans for mum and SD ;)

Leftover bolognese today, was leftover chicken curry on toast yesterday :D

Left over Indian from the local restaurant on Friday night. They made the curry too hot for me so I'll need plenty of water and a box of tissues close by.

Salmon, basil (homegrown), avo and poached eggs (from our chooks) on home made Vienna loaf toast = YUM!
