Mich, I used the breadmaker to make the yummylicious dough. It has milk powder which makes the bread really fragrant.

Snappy, I cooked the sausages in the airfryer before making the buns.

A foccacia with chicken, avocado, cheese & sun dried tomatoes.  And there is enough filling left to have another one tomorrow. :P :P

I had a seminar  the city today, so I had lunch with DH at Mallacca Corner at the Central Market. He had a seafood laksa and I had basil beef
It was a nice change from freezer roulette

I had a piece of tiramisu and 2 slices of a fruit loaf I cooked this morning.  No dessert tonight for me!
