Chia, quinoa and buckwheat bread from Quirky....the texture is quite nice! Spread with butter, spinach and beef....finish with mango ice cream

today DH bought a bbq chicken, and fresh bread. better than me cooking lunch..

I did the same as you Robyn, had to do some food shopping for Mum so picked up 1/2 a chicken and 2 Vietnamese rolls for our lunch.
