Oh goodness Mich, no recipe - I buy 2 Cauliflower when I go grocery shopping and wash and rice them ( 1/2 fill thermie then reverse sp 5 for 5 sec or so until it resembles rice) then I fill a zip lock back with raw Cauli . Fits in the fridge easier this way.  So for lunch I put some olive oil in my wok heated, poured in about 4 cups of cauliflower stirred on high heat for 2 or 3 minutes then I added a slotted spoonful of semi sundried tomatoes, some AF capsicum and some olives. Stirred this around until well combined and heated through. Turned the head off and added about 1/3 cup of pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, slivered almonds and hemp seeds.  Every time it us different depending on what I have.  We really enjoy this cold as well so I cooked enough for my DD's to have some when they got home.

Bedlam, I like the sound of this.  Do you use a ⅓ cup each of the seeds, or a combination to make up ⅓ please?

I just shake some in to be honest JulieO , what ever seems right.  Because we are following a LCHF and eat a lot of vegetarian I need to add seeds for fat and protien.  The cauliflower is a great base then add whatever flavour extras you enjoy.

English muffins, ham, poached egg and hollandaise.  Tried a new way to poach the eggs. Heated 2lt of water to 70c then added eggs in their shells into rice basket and cooked 10 mins 70c speed 3.  Crack eggs and they slide out as poached. Very nice but needed a few minutes more as they were straight out of fridge. Less messy method than EDC way.

My usual, some protein, salad and a couple of slices of bread.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

This week we have a Mexican theme, spicy chicken and beef taco. These need a little perfecting as they were a little "juicy" but salad fresh and very tasty.
A friend saw an idea were you put a broth concentrate in with finey chopped veg then just before lunch add boiling water, will investigate for winter if my girls are still into them.
Ofcourse ours were made with quorn.
