A lamb roast dinner on the Weber today - was very yum! with BBQ potatoes, pumpkin and onion, and TM gravy + steamed veg (TM)

Had smoked salmon dip leftover from Mothers Day. Added a small tin of Red Salmon and Gelatin . All mixed in TMX and set in dish. Lunch today with Avacado salad and fresh bread rolls cooked in AF.,

As the cake I made turned out, thought I'ld chance it and make the butter chicken out of B2BCB for lunch.
Dosen't look very pretty but flavour wise was great.

Have made Lentil and Coriander soup. The coriander has gone wild in veggie garden. I freeze it in a paper bag. Following Nigella instructions. Indian food lovers will like this. Will try and post.
Finding soup is one of the easiest ways to get my veggies.
Have posted the Cream of Mushroom Soup. First recipe I have posted in months. Feels good.
