Thanks Robyn.  My MIL loved these and one day she watched me get out all the bottles for the marinade - she was quite surprised how many ingredients were in it but then said 'no wonder they taste so good' LOL

I love inside picnics too :D My brother and I used to arrange chairs and throw blankets over them to make tents in the lounge room ;D

Chicken noodle soup for my lunch today :)

Judy, I'll have to look that recipe up. I love pork ribs slow cooked and then crisped up a little and those ones look great.

Today I have brought the making of a quick salad with me to work. I goes something like this:
100g tin corn kernals
130g tin 4 bean mix
100g tin tuna or salmon
1/3 to 1/2 cup of diced Lebanese cucumber
5 cherry or grape tomatoes halved
1 microwave brown rice for one

Heat rice according to packet, drain corn, beans and fish, mix together and dress with a little balsamic vinegar.
